Registration
Students do not have the right to participate in the course exams (mandatory or elective) if it has not been included in their declaration for each semester of each academic year and if it is not done within the deadlines announced by the Education Directorate. If a student does not include a course in their declaration, then they cannot receive the corresponding textbooks and cannot participate in the course exams in the current semester and the September resit exams (the declaration of courses for the September exam period is automatic and includes all courses that do not have a passing grade from the winter and spring semester declarations of the current academic year).
Students initially have the right to enroll in six (6) courses per semester and then (when they join one of the three (3) specializations of the study program) eight (8) courses per semester. This number also includes courses selected from other Departments (up to 3) but not courses that are not counted towards the degree (foreign language, pedagogical and didactic competence, practical training).
For course registration, students must log in at http://e-grammateia.aueb.gr/unistudent using their personal access credentials (username and password of their academic account). Next, they should go to the website www.eudoxus.gr to declare their textbooks, using the same login credentials.
Based on the decision of the Assembly of the Department of Economics (session 5th/13.12.2023), applications for late course declarations from students who are in a semester later than the second will not be accepted.
Applications for late course declarations by students in semesters beyond the second are exceptionally accepted, only if they are accompanied by official medical certificates from a public hospital submitted through www.gov.gr and provided that they cover the deadline for submitting declarations, including any extensions.
The Secretariat reserves the right to conduct authenticity checks on the submitted medical certificates.
Applications for late course registrations, for the aforementioned cases, must be submitted, along with the required documentation, no later than 10 calendar days from the posting of the grades for the courses related to each late registration application on the Electronic Secretariat.
